Online Messages Help
After the page completely loads, please allow 5-10 seconds for the audio to begin.

Problem: I see the audio player, but I don't hear anything.
If you do not hear the message within a few seconds of the page loading, try the following:

• Be sure your computer speakers are plugged in properly, turned on, and the volume is turned up.
• Use the volume slider on the audio player to make sure the audio player volume is turned up
• If you do not see a audio player with controls beneath the message title, see the next topic.

Problem: I don't see a music player (with play/pause controls) beneath the message title.
If you don't see the audio player with play/pause controls (the player could be gray or blue, depending on how your computer is configured), click the yellow bar at the top of the page that looks like this:

Then choose "Install ActiveX control" from the popup menu. You will then be asked to install the Apple QuickTime® plugin. Complete the install by following the on-screen instructions.

If those methods do not work, you must download and install the FREE QuickTime® Player. You will only have to do this once for your computer to be compatible with Online Messages @ Paradise Church.

Problem: When I click "Download", the message starts to play again in the bottom half of the page.
Depending on how your browser is configured, you may have to right-click on the "Download" link and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". Then you can select where to save it on your computer and the download will begin.
